I am still going on the zombie portrait commissions. Here is a few of the latest. Click on them to see a larger version...

Zombie Zombie Zombie

Here are some more zombified commissions i have done. I feel like they are getting better and better every time. The first one is one of my fave's so far. Its just such a strong bold illustration.

I think this next one turned out pretty well too. I still wonder if i shoud have left the background white or made it red instead, just to increase the contrast of the image.

I am trying to get more and more inventive with the kind of mutilations I am getting these zombies to do to each other, particularly in group drawings like below.

Get Zombified!

I've been busy. Very busy.

Since Melbourne Supanova a couple of weeks ago, i have been drawing like crazy doing zombified portraits. I thought i would post a few of the better ones here for you all to see.

Covering The Dirt Nap

I thought i would give you a first look at the cover for The Dirt Nap, a full colour 28pg comic launching at Supanova in Melbourne (at the showgrounds) on Saturday April 9. I have a booth at Supanova and will be there all day Saturday 9th April and Sunday 10th April, so come on down and say hi (and buy a copy of The Dirt Nap).

Here is a draft of the coloured version, with colours by the brilliant Andy Issac.

And here is my original black and white linework:

Joker ink drawing

Did a sketch of The Joker, 'Heath Ledger style', thought it turned out ok...

Chalx page 3 in COLOUR

Here is another page of Chalx coloured by illustration supremo Andy Isaac, to be featured in the upcoming comic, The Dirt Nap.
